Profumo

In the Profumo collection, designed by Marta Giardini, vibrant shades in bamboo silk and soft wool join forces to create botanical-inspired subjects through an ancient craftsmanship. The elements from nature – leaves, flowers, pistils and blooms - appear to form gravitational waves, shapes, complex patterns and a sequence of traits reminiscent of a bird’s eye view of grass meadows wafting in the wind. The multiplication of the elements is a complex circuit created with a harmonious weave, an endless interaction of full and empty spaces where style and sophistication belong to a contemporary world.

Marta Giardini

Marta Giardini is a traveler by inclination but based in Milan where she lives and works. She spent long periods abroad: in Spain to follow the table accessories and bed textiles lines of Zara Home; in Peru, Thailand and China for other important brands.

Excellent collaborations immediately marked her professional career as a designer and stylist of fabric such as that with Armani Casa, Paola Navone, Dmk and Gruppo Sintesi. In 2002, she founded ENTRATALIBERA with Bruno Rainaldi in Milan, a very special space suspended between art and design. In 2016, she received the Compasso d’Oro Honorable Mention for the Perpetual Pencil. Today she is the creative director of Coincasa and a consultant for companies such as ArmaniCasa, Trussardi Home, Zucchi just to name a few.
